Our organization is based in San Jose California, and consists of young women from Northern California and Nevada. Lady Sharks teams strive to play at the most competitive level possible. As an "A" level ASA (Amateur Softball Association) traveling softball organization, our young ladies compete nationally.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT ================================================
The San Jose Lady Sharks purpose is to create and maintain an environment where young women can develop athletically through training on the softball field and in our indoor facility and by participating in our fitness and agility programs. Our organization provides opportunities for young women to build confidence, learn responsibility, and provide leadership and mentorship to younger girls in the program while having fun and improving themselves as valued citizens in our community. Lady Sharks is committed to helping young women obtain athletic scholarships at four-year colleges and universities. =========================================================== |
